NetSuite Pricing Calculator

Tell us about your business in about 2 minutes. A NetSuite consultant prepares your tailored license and implementation estimate — and follows up with you personally.

Estimates are prepared against aggregated 2025–2026 partner quotes and market data. Oracle does not publish list prices — every deal is negotiated.

How your estimate is built

What actually drives NetSuite cost

Oracle publishes no price list — every NetSuite deal is negotiated. Your cost is driven by a handful of levers: the platform edition, how many people work in the system, which modules you license, your entity structure, and the scope of the implementation itself. That's exactly what the calculator asks about.

Platform edition and users

NetSuite is sold in editions sized to the business, plus a per-user license for everyone who works in the system. The license mix matters as much as the count: many companies over-buy full licenses for people who only enter time and expenses, when lighter self-service licenses would do. Getting the mix right is one of the first things we check.

Modules — and what's already included

Modules like Advanced Financials, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, and Planning & Budgeting are licensed separately, and they're where quotes quietly grow. Worth knowing: CRM is included free with every NetSuite license — sales force automation, marketing, and customer support. Buyers get quoted modules they already own more often than you'd think.

Entity structure

More than one legal entity — or multi-currency operations — requires NetSuite OneWorld, and each additional subsidiary adds to the license. Multi-entity structure also shapes the implementation: consolidation, intercompany flows, and currency handling all need to be designed, not defaulted.

Implementation scope

The one-time implementation is driven by four things: how much historical data moves over, how many systems need to connect (Shopify, Salesforce, 3PLs, banks), how custom your processes need to be, and what you're migrating from. The rule of thumb across the market: implementation runs at a meaningful multiple of your annual license — which is why scoping it honestly up front matters.

Calculator FAQ

Common questions

What happens after I submit my request?

A NetSuite consultant reviews your answers, prepares an estimate against current market data — edition, users, modules, entity structure, and implementation scope — and reaches out to you personally to walk through it. No sales sequence, no spam.

How is my estimate prepared?

From your answers, benchmarked against aggregated 2025–2026 partner quotes and market data. Oracle publishes no price list and every deal is negotiated, so an estimate built on your actual profile — not a generic tier chart — is the only kind worth having.

Why do you ask about modules and legal entities?

Because they're the biggest cost levers. Modules are licensed separately and are where quotes quietly grow, and more than one legal entity (or multi-currency) requires NetSuite OneWorld. The more accurately you answer, the more useful your estimate.

What's included free with NetSuite?

CRM — sales force automation, marketing, and customer support — is included free with every NetSuite license. Customer and vendor portal access is also free or nearly free. Many buyers get quoted modules they already own; we check for that.

Is this free? Am I committing to anything?

Free, and no. You get a tailored estimate and a conversation if you want one. If the numbers tell you to stay on your current system another year, we'll say so.

Can you review a quote I already have from Oracle?

Yes — that's often the most useful thing we do. Send the quote over and we'll tell you whether it's fair, what's negotiable, and whether you're being quoted modules you don't need. Free.
