These terms govern your use of nexifygrowth.com, operated by Nexify Growth. By browsing the site, using the pricing calculator, or submitting a form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Any actual consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with anything here.

Estimates are informational, not quotes

The pricing calculator and any figures referenced on this site are educational estimates built from aggregated 2026 partner quotes and published market data. They are ranges and directional benchmarks, not offers or quotes; final pricing is set by Oracle and by individually scoped engagements.

Oracle does not publish a list price, and every deal is negotiated, so your real numbers will differ. Nothing on this site is a binding quote, a contract, or a promise of price, timeline, or outcome. A quote only exists when we put scope, cost, and timing in a written agreement signed by both sides. Do not make purchasing decisions on the estimates here alone.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, guides, benchmark tables, layout, and graphics — is owned by Nexify Growth or used with permission, and is protected by copyright. You may read it, quote short excerpts with attribution and a link, and share links freely. You may not republish substantial portions, scrape the site at scale, or present our material as your own without written permission.
